As a Social Worker in our Support and Safeguarding teams, you will play a key role in protecting children and supporting families through challenging circumstances.
Job Responsibility:
Assess risk and need to ensure children are safe and supported
Deliver purposeful, outcome-focused interventions
Build strong, trust-based relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
Make confident, informed decisions that improve lives
Requirements:
Qualified and registered Social Worker
ASYE completed
Experienced in working with children and families
Confident in decision-making and risk assessment
Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children
