Job Responsibility

  • Assess, plan and implement effective safeguarding interventions
  • Build positive, strengths-based relationships with children, young people and families
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals and partners
  • Manage complex cases with confidence and professionalism
  • Deliver purposeful, child-centred social work practice
  • Ensure children are safeguarded in line with legal and statutory responsibilities

Requirements

  • Successfully completed ASYE
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for children and families
  • Can build effective relationships with a diverse range of children, young people and families
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Confident working within safeguarding services
