Job Responsibility:
Utilise expert knowledge of the Public Law Outline (PLO) and court processes to drive permanence planning
Work alongside the Practice Improvement Team to embed learning from audits and ensure high-standard court documentation
Build swift, effective professional relationships with internal departments and external legal partners
Contribute to the Council's journey to good by identifying efficiencies within the court process
Engage in reflective supervision every four weeks and participate in Signs of Safety group sessions
Support the wider Children's Social Care department in achieving the Council's main priority: improving life chances for Knowsley's youth
