Are you a skilled Social Worker looking for a role that offers the perfect balance between high-level clinical practice and genuine work-life flexibility? We are currently seeking an experienced and resilient Social Worker to join a well-established, supportive team in Dundee. This role is ideal for a practitioner who thrives in complex casework, particularly involving Adult Support and Protection (ASP) and long-term care planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Determining when to initiate Guardianship applications vs. when to utilize MHA interventions
  • Taking a lead role in ASP investigations and risk management
  • Managing a diverse portfolio involving Learning Disabilities and Mental Health challenges
  • Ensuring the rights of service users are at the forefront of every decision

Requirements

  • A degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • Current SSSC registration as a social worker
