Our Fostering and Adoption Team is dedicated to providing safe, loving, and stable homes for children and young people in need. We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic and supportive team. Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with prospective foster carers and adopters, conducting assessments, providing training, and offering ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and carers to ensure the best outcomes
  • Complete detailed assessments, including Form F and PAR reports, and present findings to the fostering and adoption panels
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to care and support
  • Participate in matching children with suitable foster or adoptive families, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support
  • Provide post-placement and post-adoption support to families as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with legislative and procedural requirements
