Job Description:

Join a passionate and progressive team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across Surrey. We're looking for empathetic, skilled social workers to deliver person-centred care that empowers individuals and promotes independence.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out strength-based assessments and care planning
Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies
Support individuals to access services, education, and employment
Uphold safeguarding and advocate for inclusion and dignity

Requirements:

BA in social work
Adults - Learning Disabilities experience
