Job Responsibility

Undertaking timely and high-quality assessments of children and families
Managing a complex caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Public Law work
Making informed, evidence-based decisions in line with statutory guidance
Working closely with families, partner agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams
Identifying risk and ensuring appropriate safeguarding interventions are in place
Contributing to care planning with a focus on achieving permanence at the earliest opportunity
Maintaining accurate, timely, and reflective case recordings
