Pay Rate: £32.73 per hour. Role Type: Contract / Agency. We are looking for two motivated Social Workers to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Connected Carers Team. Key Responsibilities: Support & Supervision: Provide high-quality assessment, supervision, and ongoing support to our dedicated connected carers. Training & Development: Deliver tailored training to help connected carers build their confidence, knowledge, and practical skills. Child-Centric Care: Empower carers to effectively meet the diverse and evolving needs of the children in their care. What We Are Looking For: A qualified Social Worker (with active Social Work England registration). Experience in Fostering, Kinship Care, or Connected Persons assessments (preferred). A commitment to empowering others and a thrive-in-a-team attitude. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
