We are seeking experienced Mental Health Social Workers to join our specialist team. You will carry out assessments, care planning, and service coordination in line with the Care Act (2014) and relevant legislation, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support. The role involves managing a caseload, providing advice, advocacy, and evidence-based psychosocial interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will complete Care Act assessments and reviews, undertake safeguarding enquiries, and coordinate services to meet individuals’ bio-psycho-social needs. You will also review placements, liaise with providers, prepare reports for panels and courts, and contribute to service development and training. There will be opportunities to support and supervise junior staff and students. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Registered with Social Work England
Experience working within a Local Authority
Strong background in mental health social work
