Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity within RAA (Adoption) – part of our Business Support Service for a self-motivated Business Support Officer providing essential support to our practice staff members. The Service is currently in a period of redesign given a changing environment, ways of working and to better support the achievement of better outcomes for children and families. Your tasks will include oversight of quality, monitoring and analysis of KPIs. You will also monitor, co-ordinate and supervise the work of a small team of Business Support Assistants maintaining oversight and monitoring of processes ensuring consistency and maintaining staffing rotas. You will also have responsibility for adoption finance work, and will be supporting the Business Support Assistants with finance queries and being an escalation point for this. You will receive training and support in all areas. You will play an important role in the effective day to day running of the service we are looking for people who are well organised; have good attention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines; you must be able to work effectively within a team environment, be customer and child focused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible approach. The role will be based at Lifford House, Stirchley our South HUB but you will also be required to attend 1 Avenue Road, our North HUB for meetings and any cover required. We operate a hybrid model of remote working. Currently, attendance is 2 days in office as a minimum (pro-rata). The position is part time 18.25 hours covered over Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday.
Job Responsibility
