Job Description:

We are seeking social workers with experience of working in children services. The role in based in Barnsley for one of our clients. Please apply for more information. The salary is up to £44k per annum depending on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Work in partnership with children and families
Assist in ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met
Undertake assessments
Plan, implement and review interventions
Manage a complex workload
Make proactive use of supervision
Provide professional supervision
Contribute to the development of a culture of learning
Participate in project and development work
Maintain accurate records

Requirements:

experience of working in children services
be able to manage challenging situations
be person centred
BA in social work
