This is a dynamic and demanding position focused on crisis intervention and short-term child protection. You'll be the first point of contact for new referrals, carrying out immediate assessments and protective work. We handle all incoming work, from initial inquiries to more complex situations, ensuring that children are safe and their needs are met. While the pace is high, our caseloads are small and manageable, allowing you to focus on the immediate needs of each child. This isn't about long-term case management-it's about swift, decisive action to ensure safety.
