We are currently seeking a resilient and empathetic professional to join a frontline Children & Families and Child Protection team based in Clydebank. Job Responsibility:
Assessment & Intervention: Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify risks and support needs
Child Protection: Managing high-risk cases, attending Child Protection Case Conferences, and implementing robust safety plans
Planning: Formulating and reviewing Care Plans to ensure children's needs are met within the home or alternative care settings
Collaboration: Working closely with multi-agency partners, including Education, Health, and Police Scotland, to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare
Court Work: Preparing reports for and attending Children's Hearings and Court proceedings where necessary
Requirements:
A degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
Current SSSC registration as a social worker
