We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Children and Families Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need of support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct assessments to determine the needs of children and families and develop appropriate intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to provide holistic support
  • Offer guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance to families facing complex issues
  • Manage a caseload, ensuring that cases are handled with professionalism, empathy, and in accordance with safeguarding policies and legal frameworks
  • Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, court hearings, and reviews as required
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and families in crisis
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements
