Job Responsibility
Conduct assessments to determine the needs of children and families and develop appropriate intervention plans
Care and Child Protection
Work collaboratively with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to provide holistic support
Offer guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance to families facing complex issues
Manage a caseload, ensuring that cases are handled with professionalism, empathy, and in accordance with safeguarding policies and legal frameworks
Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, court hearings, and reviews as required
Provide emotional and practical support to children and families in crisis
Keep accurate and up-to-date records in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements
