Job Description:

As a Child Protection Social Worker, you will be responsible for: Managing a complex caseload involving children at risk. Conducting Section 47 investigations and attending core groups. Drafting high-quality court reports and representing the authority in proceedings. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure robust safety plans are in place.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
  • Substantial experience within Child Protection and Safeguarding
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills
  • Ability to commute to Carlisle for the 3-day on-site requirement
