Job Responsibility
Conducting holistic and timely assessments in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Developing and implementing outcome-focused support plans in partnership with service users
Working effectively with a multi-agency approach, liaising with health professionals, housing providers, and other relevant stakeholders
Safeguarding vulnerable adults and adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Contributing to team meetings, case discussions, and service development
Participating in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW)
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Social Worker
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Nice to have

Knowledge of remote/rural social work
