Job Responsibility
Conduct assessments of needs and risks for adults with learning disabilities
Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans
Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals
Advocate on behalf of individuals to ensure their rights and needs are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements
A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW)
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Social Worker
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
