• Proven experience managing high-growth social accounts
• Strong video editing skills for short-form, mobile-first platforms
• Ability to react quickly to trends, news cycles, and cultural moments
• Excellent understanding of audience behaviour and platform best practice
• Confident writing social-first copy and punchy captions
• Experience working in media, entertainment, digital publishing or creator-led environments is a plus
