City Plumbing is seeking a strategic and results-driven Social Value Manager to lead our social value initiatives across our Integrated Solutions and public sector contracts. Job Responsibility:
Lead the 100% compliant and timely delivery of all social value outcomes across Integrated Solutions and public sector contracts
Work closely with the Bid Team to design and integrate innovative, feasible social value solutions into tender responses
Act as the primary link between customers, internal departments, and community partners to coordinate social value activities
Maintain robust systems to track and report on non-financial metrics, ensuring we are fully prepared for audits under the Procurement Act 2023
Act as the subject matter expert, providing training to Sales and Account Management teams on the evolving social value landscape
Collaborate with marketing to share our social value success stories, enhancing our reputation as a socially responsible partner
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Social Value or CSR role, specifically working with Housing Associations or Local Authorities
Strong experience in drafting compelling social value proposals for public sector tenders
Understanding of the Procurement Act 2023 and social value measurement frameworks
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different geographic locations
Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data to diverse audiences
A full clean UK driving license and a willingness to travel frequently
