Job Responsibility

Work with bid, commercial and operational teams to develop, cost, track and report social value commitments, particularly for public-sector and regulated contracts
Lead the development and implementation of a consistent Group-wide Social Value framework, aligned to Sureserves ESG strategy, business objectives and client priorities
Support bid teams with social value related questions and submissions by writing and reviewing answers, providing data, case studies and other information as required
Support the development of training materials, guidance and practical tools to strengthen understanding of social value delivery and reporting across the Group
Create and deliver internal and external communications on social value, including intranet content, website updates, newsletters and PR
Lead the development, management and embedding of social value partnerships and initiatives across the Group, working with internal teams, supply chain partners, local authorities, community and third-sector organisations to deliver high-impact projects aligned with Sureserves strategy and contracts
Take ownership of social value delivery with key clients, working closely with priority and strategic accounts to co-design, deliver and evidence meaningful social value projects that meet contractual commitments and client expectations
Work directly with operational teams to identify, develop and embed social value initiatives into day-to-day delivery, ensuring commitments translate into real, measurable outcomes on the ground
Design and implement scalable social value programmes and partnerships that can be deployed across multiple contracts while maintaining clear attribution, accountability and reporting
