• Review and evaluate cases to determine eligibility for customer service relief funds

• meet productivity and quality standards in all assigned tasks.

• Proficiency in data entry, including numeric and text-based input
• strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• familiarity with computer-based data entry systems
• ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• excellent organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• basic understanding of relief programs or similar administrative processes
• previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting is a plus.
