Social Senior Account Manager (Social-First Agency). This is not a traditional account management role. This is for someone who lives and breathes social, understands how brands show up in culture, and can confidently lead clients through strategy, campaigns and delivery in a fast-moving, social-first environment. You’ll be working across globally recognised brands, acting as the bridge between client, strategy and creative, ensuring ideas are not only exciting but delivered seamlessly and perform in the real world.
Job Responsibility:
Leading day-to-day client relationships, building trust and becoming a go-to strategic partner for global brands within tech, retail and FMCG
Managing the project for social-first campaigns from brief through to execution
Working closely with strategy and creative teams to shape ideas that land in culture
Translating client needs into clear, actionable briefs
Overseeing timelines, budgets and project delivery with precision
Driving campaign performance through insight, reporting and optimisation
Presenting work confidently and selling in ideas to senior stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand scope
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a social-first agency
Strong background in client relationship management, strategy and project delivery
Demonstrated experience delivering social and digital campaigns end-to-end
Confident working with multiple stakeholders across creative, strategy and production
Commercially aware, able to manage budgets and identify growth opportunities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A clear understanding of social platforms, trends and what drives performance
