Job Description:

As our Social Responsibility Engagement Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our global sustainability vision forward. You’ll lead the charge in aligning teams across the business to our B Corp commitments, spearhead engagement strategies that bring purpose into everything we do, and champion projects that strengthen our social and environmental footprint. This is a role for a true connector, someone who can inspire action, influence at all levels, and turn strategy into meaningful outcomes. From maintaining our B Corp certification to building high-value partnerships and creating moments that bring our mission to life, you’ll ensure our impact is felt globally, every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead our impact storytelling, crafting high-quality reports like our Annual Impact Report, CDP report, Modern Slavery Statement, and Reconciliation Action Plans
  • Lead B Corp and sustainability reporting, aligning all teams and keeping Princess Polly on track for recertification
  • Deliver creative, purpose-driven projects that engage our global team and partners in meaningful ways
  • Manage partnerships with charities and community organisations to maximise social and environmental impact
  • Inspire our team through workshops, onboarding sessions, and events that connect everyone to our mission

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in sustainability, CSR, or community engagement (retail experience a plus)
  • Strong project management skills, from strategy to delivery
  • Hands-on experience with B Corp, CDP, TEMB, RAP, or Modern Slavery reporting
  • Experience using Trello
  • A natural communicator and facilitator who brings people together
  • Passionate, proactive, and deeply motivated to make a difference
