Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Production: Own the daily social output, filming (iPhone/Pro) and editing high-velocity short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
  • Viral Engineering: Mine long-form episodes for hooks, transforming raw conversations into platform-optimized, shareable moments
  • Trend Spotting: Identify and intercept emerging trends and formats, ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant in real-time
  • Fandom Architecture: Move beyond "views" to build a dedicated community, turning casual listeners into brand ambassadors
  • AI-Enhanced Scaling: Integrated use of AI tools to automate captioning, editing, and trend analysis, maximizing volume without losing the human soul
  • Performance Iteration: Use real-time data to ruthlessly kill what isn’t working and double down on what drives growth and retention
