We are seeking a Social Producer focused on social, motion, and OOH adaptation to help translate bold creative ideas into best‑in‑class executions across high‑visibility channels. This role is central to how Microsoft shows up in culture—ensuring our work is platform‑native, craft‑driven, and delivered with precision at scale. The Social Producer will play a critical role in helping Microsoft move faster and smarter by owning adaptation workflows across social, motion, and OOH. This is a hands‑on role responsible for day‑to‑day production excellence, partnering closely with creative teams and agencies to preserve creative intent while delivering assets with speed, quality, and operational rigor.
Job Responsibility:
Own end‑to‑end production of adapted assets across social platforms, motion formats, and OOH
Partner with creative, design, and agency teams to translate hero creative into platform‑specific executions
Manage post‑production workflows including cutdowns, reformats, versioning, and localization
Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, and delivery milestones
Ensure all assets meet brand standards, technical specs, accessibility requirements, and channel constraints
Maintain strong production hygiene across files, naming, versioning, and approvals
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve speed‑to‑market
Budget owndership
Requirements:
2+ years experience in professional production environment (e.g., lighting, shooting, audio recording, web production, writing), post-production environment, or broadcasting (e.g., local news)
OR equivalent experience
6–8+ years of experience in advertising or creative production
