Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a hands-on, high-impact role with real autonomy and accountability. You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing function, working closely with internal teams (marketing, design, commercial) and external partners including PR agencies, influencers and social creators. You’ll ensure joined-up, consistent messaging across campaigns, launches and activations – bringing the brand to life seamlessly across every channel.

Requirements

  • Ideally 5 – 6 years’ experience in brand marketing, social, PR or communications within beauty, wellness, fashion or consumer brands
  • Strong hands-on experience in social content creation, activation planning and influencer management
  • Experience supporting PR activity and understanding earned media performance metrics
  • Confidence managing agencies, creators and journalists, building strong working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
