Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a hands-on, high-impact role with real autonomy and accountability. You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing function, working closely with internal teams (marketing, design, commercial) and external partners including PR agencies, influencers and social creators. You’ll ensure joined-up, consistent messaging across campaigns, launches and activations – bringing the brand to life seamlessly across every channel.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute the social media strategy
driving engaging, on-brand content across owned channels
Coordinate content creation end-to-end, including briefing creatives and managing user generated content and influencer output
Plan and deliver social activations aligned to campaign moments and NPD launches
Support PR activity including events, influencer collaborations and media outreach, tracking coverage and performance
Ensure brand consistency across social, PR, digital and in-store activations
Monitor engagement, trends and performance metrics to optimise content and drive growth
Requirements:
Ideally 5 – 6 years’ experience in brand marketing, social, PR or communications within beauty, wellness, fashion or consumer brands
Strong hands-on experience in social content creation, activation planning and influencer management
Experience supporting PR activity and understanding earned media performance metrics
Confidence managing agencies, creators and journalists, building strong working relationships
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
