Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Videographer to create engaging, high-quality video content designed primarily for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This contractor opportunity offers creative autonomy while collaborating directly with our team to align on direction, scheduling, and content goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Shoot video content in-house using appropriate equipment (camera, lighting, microphone, and iPhone as needed)
  • Edit videos into short, dynamic clips optimized for social media (typically 30 seconds to 1 minute)
  • Occasionally participate on camera for reels, Q& A, and related content
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas, review portfolios, and refine strategies based on feedback and performance analytics
  • Manage receipts and track expenses for any rented studio space or equipment

Requirements

  • Proven experience shooting and editing video content for social media
  • Familiarity with professional equipment (camera, lighting, microphones) and mobile video production
  • Portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create organic, engaging content that drives traffic and builds audience engagement
  • Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally
  • Strong creative drive, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
