Own and execute product's social media strategy across X, Discord, and Telegram; Create high-impact, native content (threads, memes, short-form posts, announcements); Translate product updates into compelling, hype-worthy narratives; Manage real-time engagement (replies, comments, community interactions); Identify and jump on trends within crypto and trading culture; Coordinate launches, campaigns, and announcements (features, rewards, competitions); Collaborate with product and growth teams to align messaging with roadmap; Track performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement; Help shape product brand voice — sharp, witty, and trader-native

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and execute product's social media strategy across X, Discord, and Telegram

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and perpetual trading
  • Active presence on Crypto Twitter (X) — you get the culture
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to switch between informative and viral
  • Experience managing social media accounts for crypto, fintech, or trading products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • Strong sense of timing, humor, and internet trends

Nice to have:

  • Experience growing a crypto account from 0 → meaningful scale
  • Meme creation skills (you know what hits and what flops)
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics or trading platforms
  • Experience managing Discord/Telegram communities
