We're hiring a Social Media Strategist to lead content and brand execution across two brands. This is not a basic scheduling role. We're looking for someone who can think like a strategist, write like a brand builder, and operate like a creative lead. You will shape platform-native content, build leadership personas, manage online reputation, work closely with design, and turn performance data into sharper content decisions. The role covers two distinct audiences, two distinct brand voices, and a high bar for consistency. Within 90 days, you should have both brand calendars running, leadership content publishing consistently, ORM monitoring live, KPI tracking in place, and brand sentiment trending positively across two brands.
Job Responsibility
Build and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
Create ICP-aware, platform-native content for two brands
Develop leadership content and personal brand positioning for company leaders
Manage engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions
Lead online reputation management across social, Google, LinkedIn, forums, and review platforms
Coordinate daily with the designer and team lead on briefs, feedback, and publishing cadence
Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and deliver monthly performance insights
Create culturally fluent content in Urdu, Roman Urdu, or English based on audience and platform
Requirements
2 to 4 years of hands-on social media management experience
Proven ability to grow B2B or SaaS accounts organically
Strong copywriting and audience-matched messaging skills
Experience building leadership personas on LinkedIn
Solid understanding of ORM, analytics, and platform best practices
Working knowledge of GA4, scheduling tools, Canva, and social monitoring tools
Conversational or fluent written Urdu
Strong awareness of Pakistani digital culture, audience behavior, and local market context
Proactive mindset, strong communication, and high attention to brand consistency
