Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve the organic and paid social strategy across centrally managed venues
Lead execution through Sprout Social, owning scheduling, publishing, governance and performance reporting across up to 20 channels
Lead paid social (Meta-first, plus TikTok) with clear ROI accountability
Manage budget allocation and ongoing optimisation
Translate strategy into briefs for freelance creators
Support and guide site-level teams running local channels
Lead TikTok rollout across priority venues
Drive influencer activity around launches and key campaigns
Requirements:
Proven social and paid strategist (multi-site or hospitality experience ideal)
Strong Meta paid expertise + TikTok knowledge
Hands-on experience with Sprout Social for scheduling, governance and reporting
