Ensure visual, tonal, and messaging consistency across all channels
Respond to comments, messages, and conversations to build trust and meaningful interaction
Cultivate relationships with influencers and advocates
Manage audience interactions and support community needs
Plan and execute campaigns designed to increase engagement, visibility, and subscriptions
Support content initiatives related to partnerships, events, and thought leadership

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of four years of detail oriented social media experience, including time as a Social Media Coordinator
Proven background managing social media for a detail oriented services brand, mission‑driven organization, or personal brand
Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and credibility
Experience creating or directing short‑form video content
Strong understanding of platform‑specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated track record of growing engagement and subscriptions organically
Comfort engaging with topics related to employment, career transitions, and personal development
Familiarity with SEO basics, paid social, algorithm behavior, and analytics tools
Experience using scheduling and design tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics dashboards
Strong creative thinking, organization, and problem‑solving skills
