Job Responsibility:

Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) to align with the brand's voice and marketing goals
Create and manage a content calendar for regular and timely posts
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster a community
Engage with followers and influencers to increase brand awareness and loyalty
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop social media campaigns that support broader marketing strategies
Identify emerging trends and innovations in social media to integrate into the brand’s strategy
Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging guidelines
Maintain consistency across platforms in tone, style, and branding

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Knowledge of content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Strong storytelling and content creation skills to produce engaging posts, graphics, and videos
Excellent written and verbal communication for creating clear and engaging social media content
