As a Social Media Specialist, you will shape the brand's digital voice and engagement strategy in Japan. You will lead platform management, budget allocation, and social listening to drive brand equity and informed decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute SNS content strategies
Lead social listening and consumer insights
Manage campaign budgets and ROI reporting
Coordinate with global HQ on brand alignment
Partner with cross-functional teams for campaigns
Identify digital trends and innovative formats
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing within the beauty or luxury industry
Proven track record in social listening and translating consumer insights into actionable strategy
Extensive experience managing Japanese platforms such as X, @cosme, and other local SNS
English: Business level or higher
Japanese: Business level or higher
Nice to have:
Deep understanding of Japanese digital culture, social trends, and the influencer ecosystem
Proficiency in social analytics tools such as Meltwater, Talkwalker, or Brandwatch
Experience leading digital projects within large, complex global organizations
Strong analytical thinking with a passion for digital storytelling and brand growth
