Robert Half has partnered with an Automotive Software company in Troy, MI that is offering a long-term employment opportunity for a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating captivating content, and working closely with top-level executives to ensure our brand presence is effective and engaging. This Social Media Specialist roles uses graphic design skills, video filming and editing skills, and creative/marketing strategy skills day to day to execute content. This is an exciting role for candidates with 2+ years of experience managing social media for another company, preferably in corporate or detail oriented services. Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and updating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google+
  • Creating and editing short-form content such as Instagram Reels and TikToks
  • Designing graphics and logos with an understanding of space and placement
  • Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for content creation and design
  • Preparing and implementing editorial calendars
  • Using Facebook Insights and other analytics tools to monitor and report on social media performance
  • Editing small videos and managing multimedia content
  • Communicating effectively with upper management and executives, and presenting ideas and reports at a business level
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporating them into our brand strategy
  • Accepting and implementing feedback and edits in a detail-oriented manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role managing social media, graphics, and content creation for a detail-oriented brand or company
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
  • Experience in creating and managing Editorial Calendars
  • Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google+
  • Proven ability to create engaging Advertisements for social media
  • Strong understanding of Analytics and its application in improving social media performance
  • Demonstrated experience in Blogging related to the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent Content Creation skills, including graphic design and copywriting
  • Video Editing Skills, particularly in creating content for social media
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for business, including content creation and engagement
  • Extensive experience in Social media management across multiple platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
