In this role, you will drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and create compelling content across multiple social media platforms. You'll work with marketing teams to build and execute social strategies that deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to different audiences
Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth
Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights to improve social media efforts
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align social strategies with broader marketing campaigns
Manage social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
Experience in creating paid social media campaigns and managing ad budgets
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to have:
Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnerships is a plus
