Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and standards, including visuals, captions, and text overlays
Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns
Utilize tools such as Canva and CapCut to design static assets and edit short-form videos
Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all content formats
Monitor social media channels, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with teams to support influencer-style content creation while adhering to organizational standards
Provide recommendations for boosting posts and enhancing reach across channels
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to drive innovation in campaigns
Ensure all content complies with brand and design standards while maintaining high-quality output
Requirements:
1 plus years of experience in creating organic social media content and campaigns
Proficiency in Canva and similar design tools for creating visually appealing assets
Strong skills in short-form video editing, with experience using tools like CapCut
Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
Ability to maintain brand guidelines across all aspects of content creation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance
Experience in planning and managing content calendars
