Creative Haus is seeking a Social Media Specialist to craft and manage compelling content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand (and our clients’ brands), creating engaging posts and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll work closely with our internal team and client-facing staff to develop social strategies, write and adapt copy for B2B and B2C contexts, and stay on top of emerging platform trends. This is a creative, hands-on role where you’ll own content scheduling, community engagement, and continuous improvement of our social presence.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and curate content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
Write, edit, and adapt briefs to match different brand voices and formats (B2B, B2C, SaaS, etc.)
Build and maintain a content calendar
Schedule posts and manage campaigns using Meta Business Suite and tools like Sprout Social or Asana
Monitor and engage with our social communities
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner
Track and analyze performance metrics using platform analytics and reporting tools
Use insights to refine strategy and improve future content
Leverage AI tools for brainstorming content ideas, drafting posts, and generating reports
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features
Proactively propose new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant
Work with designers, content creators, account managers, and clients to align on campaigns and brand messaging
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
Demonstrated success growing and engaging social communities
Deep familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook best practices
Experience using Meta Business Suite (or similar dashboards) for scheduling and analytics
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English
Comfortable adapting tone for different audiences and formats
Ability to interpret social metrics and translate data into actionable insights
Creative thinker who can blend brand strategy with innovative content ideas
Enthusiasm for AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline content creation and reporting
Openness to learning new digital tools and social media technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to collaborate with diverse teams and manage client-facing interactions with professionalism
Comfortable working a flexible schedule to cover social media needs
Able to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively across time zones (EST and MENA)
Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required
