We are hiring a Social Media Project Manager to join a top entertainment company in Glendale, CA. This position will be hybrid in their Glendale office (onsite Monday – Thursday, remote hybrid) and will be running for 5 months with potential to extend.
Job Responsibility:
Manage timelines and workflows for Audience & Community initiatives across the company’s priority titles and tentpoles
Track deliverables across engagement, creator amplification, and Surprise & Delight activations
Maintain documentation within Airtable, or equivalent systems
Oversee creator and fan content sourcing pipelines in partnership with agency teams
Ensure proper vetting of creators and fan accounts in alignment with the brand safety guidelines
Coordinate with legal, franchise, and marketing stakeholders as needed for approvals
Track licensing and usage needs for UGC amplification moments
Serve as day-to-day liaison between brand’s Audience & Community and external agency partners
Track recurring status meetings and ensure follow-ups are clearly documented
Align cross-functional stakeholders across brands when applicable
Escalate risks or timing conflicts proactively to leadership
Support planning and execution of real-time engagement moments across social platforms
Provide weekly project status updates and highlight risks or resource gaps
Provide performance or sentiment summaries when requested
Maintain clean tracking of engagement initiatives and creator programs
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant professional experience with a strong social media background
Airtable and MS Office proficiency
Social listening / analytics tools experience
Experience with project management and project production
Extremely detail-oriented and a strong awareness of pop culture trends and cultural conversations
Collaborative team player who works well in a close-knit environment
