Job Responsibility:
Monitor Communities! Track comments, messages, and mentions across platforms
Engage Users! Respond professionally to inquiries and build relationships
Ensure Compliance! Enforce community guidelines and remove harmful content
Support Customers! Act as first‑line support and escalate issues when needed
Report Insights! Prepare activity and sentiment reports for marketing teams
Coordinate Content! Share feedback with content teams and support campaign launches
Improve Processes! Suggest enhancements to moderation guidelines and workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of social media moderation or customer service experience
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X)
Ability to handle high volumes of interactions under pressure
