We are looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles. This role focuses on building meaningful connections, generating leads, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining LinkedIn presence, enhancing profile visibility, and executing strategies to drive engagement, lead generation, and website traffic.
Job Responsibility:
LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Assist in optimizing profiles, including the headline, about section, and experience areas
Ensure profile keywords and hashtags align with targeted audience and industry standards
Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator for targeted lead generation
Lead generation using LinkedIn Basic account for more efficient connection-building
Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate to co-create content specifically tailored for LinkedIn posts
Design and schedule branded, professional posts using the right hashtags and keywords to increase visibility and engagement
Develop content strategies to align with business goals and target audiences
Engagement & Relationship Building: Like and comment on posts to gain engagement and build relationships with key connections
Monitor engagement and interact with followers, especially in the first 1-2 hours after posting to maximize visibility
Create and execute message campaigns to drive potential leads towards calls or sales opportunities
Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor LinkedIn inbox, sorting spam and irrelevant messages, while managing communication with potential clients
Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure regular follow-up with prospects
Post Scheduling & Reporting: Schedule posts to maximize visibility and interaction
Provide regular performance reports on engagement metrics, lead generation, and content success
Content & Channel Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of LinkedIn posts and overall content strategy
Conduct website and LinkedIn channel evaluations to recommend improvements for better traffic and engagement
Action Planning: Develop and execute detailed action plans to increase follower engagement, lead generation, and profile optimization
Increase Website Traffic: Leverage LinkedIn posts and interactions to drive traffic to the company’s website
Fast Turnaround & Delivery: Ensure fast delivery of all social media and LinkedIn-related tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, specifically with LinkedIn
Proficiency with LinkedIn Premium, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Basic account
Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and social media strategy
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
Experience with lead generation and targeted engagement campaigns
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results
