Job Responsibility:
Create, publish, and quickly iterate short-form, thumb-stopping content on TikTok and Instagram
Source, brief, and manage external UGC creators in multiple cities to amplify hyperlocal stories
Engage daily with the community, turning comments and DMs into momentum and conversations
Stay ahead of viral trends, memes, and cultural moments, adapting them for Groupon’s diverse audience
Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media with campaigns and brand goals
Analyze content performance and optimize for continual growth and engagement
Drive social media growth and engagement specifically in key markets including UK, Germany, France, and Spain
Requirements:
Experience creating content on social platforms, whether personal, influencer, or brand-related
A deep understanding of native platform storytelling, viral trends, and audience hooks
Confidence on camera, with skills to ideate, shoot, and edit quickly
Basic video editing and design skills using tools like CapCut, TikTok Editor, and Canva
Organized, proactive, and able to manage a content calendar and simple reporting
Passionate about engaging and growing online communities
Fluent English is required
Nice to have:
Bonus points if you have experience with creator programs, social customer care, motion graphics, or speak multiple languages (Spanish, French, German)
