Ideate, create, and publish engaging school-approved content on program social media pages
Closely monitor user engagement on all program pages and interact with prospects via comments to drive conversions
Identify new opportunities and develop new social media initiatives to drive organic leads for current and new programs
Liaise with writers and designers to develop content, whenever required
Collaborate with the global product marketing team to ensure that the messaging on social media pages is in line with the school/program messaging and guidelines
Analyze, review, and report the effectiveness of organic efforts to maximize results
Undertake user sentiment analysis for all senior executive programs and report them to internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Requirements:
5+ years of work experience in social media marketing
Hands-on experience with social media publishing tools (Hootsuite) – experience with ORM a plus
Proven work experience and track record as a social media strategist
Ability to handle multiple organic marketing campaigns simultaneously
Understanding of web traffic metrics
Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-moving, results-oriented environment
Willing to take ownership of projects and being self-motivated with a creative bent of mind
Ability to diligently coordinate with teams over project management tools
Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in either marketing, business, or a related field
