Social Media Manager

• Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and foster growth across digital platforms
• Create compelling content
• Analyze performance metrics
• Ensure the brand's tone and messaging are consistently conveyed across all social media channels

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience managing social media channels and campaigns, with a strong portfolio of prior work
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics)
• In-depth knowledge of each social platform’s algorithms, audience trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create compelling content
• Proficiency in understanding social media advertising campaigns and paid promotions
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects

Graphic design or video editing experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
