Job Description:

As Social Media Manager, you will be the strategic and execution lead for CoinShares' global social media presence. You'll distribute our narrative and content across platforms, shape our tone and deliver our content through campaigns that resonate with both institutional and retail audiences. You will have to build CoinShares community and seed our content on the relevant platforms to increase our brand awareness. This is a high-impact role where finance meets culture, and where crypto-savvy storytelling can shape the conversation.

Job Responsibility:

Building and owning CoinShares social media strategy: Develop and execute a data-informed social media strategy aligned with CoinShares' brand and business goals
Responsible for CoinShares social media calendar and its good execution: Create and prepare our monthly social media content following the defined strategy and guidelines
Community management: Develop and own our community management strategy
Analysis: Own social media analytics and reporting - monthly reports and analysis to define key insights and build recommendations to improve our performance (visibility, engagement, growth)
Stay ahead of trends in crypto, regulation & finance to ensure relevance in our strategy

Requirements:

Degree (or local equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
3+ years in social media management, ideally in finance, crypto, or tech
Proven track record building and scaling multi-platform strategies
Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc.)
Expert on X, Meta & LinkedIn platforms
Good copywriting skills
Knowledge of crypto culture and trends
Understanding of finance and digital assets landscape
Good analytical skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (marketing, research, design, compliance)
Fluent in written and speaking English

Nice to have:

Experience in regulated industries
Multilingual capabilities for managing content across European markets
