As a Social Media Manager your objective is to strategically execute industry-leading social content. From managing our organic content plans, copywriting, community management, reactive content management, to turning an influencer strategy into reality.
Job Responsibility:
Creating standout lo-fi, social-first content by conceptualising, planning, shooting, appearing in and editing
Staying plugged into culture and community by spotting trends and scaling insights
Crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and community management
Connecting brands with their communities through community management and engagement
Analysing content and channel performance and uncovering creative insights
Owning delivery of monthly and quarterly reports
Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients
Overseeing day-to-day social channel management
Developing and maintaining comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars
Staying up-to-date with social platform updates and best practices
Requirements:
Sophisticated understanding of social platforms and ability to advise on content sharing
Creative thinker & writer able to work independently and collaboratively on ideation
Love for brands and social media
Natural curiosity about digital world developments
Pride in work and meticulous approach
Real drive and ambition
One or more years of experience working with social media (agency-side preferable)
Comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed
