Are you a creative, commercially minded Social & Content Manager ready to take ownership of multi-brand social strategies in a fast-paced, growing environment? We’re looking for someone who can bring brands to life through standout content, build engaged communities, and deliver measurable impact across key social platforms. This is a fast-growing, multi-category FMCG business with a strong UK retail presence and a reputation for combining scale with agility. The Role: You’ll lead and deliver organic social media strategy across a portfolio of Health & Wellness brands, owning everything from content planning to performance reporting. Working cross-functionally with brand, commercial, digital and creative teams, you’ll ensure social activity is engaging, consistent and aligned to wider business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies across multiple brands and platforms
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns, launches and key trading periods
  • Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content, working with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage influencer and creator activity, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Oversee community engagement and respond to trends in real time
  • Support campaigns and commercial initiatives through effective social execution
  • Track performance, analyse data and optimise content to drive growth and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a social media or content role (brand, retail or agency)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and content formats
  • Experience managing social channels end-to-end
  • Background working with influencers or creators
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and data-driven mindset
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
  • Collaborative, hands-on approach with strong ownership
