Social Media Manager

• Create, publish, and quickly iterate short-form, thumb-stopping content on TikTok and Instagram
• Source, brief, and manage external UGC creators in multiple cities to amplify hyperlocal stories
• Engage daily with the community, turning comments and DMs into momentum and conversations
• Stay ahead of viral trends, memes, and cultural moments, adapting them for Groupon’s diverse audience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media with campaigns and brand goals
• Analyze content performance and optimize for continual growth and engagement
• Drive social media growth and engagement specifically in key markets including UK, Germany, France, and Spain

• Experience creating content on social platforms, whether personal, influencer, or brand-related
• A deep understanding of native platform storytelling, viral trends, and audience hooks
• Confidence on camera, with skills to ideate, shoot, and edit quickly
• Basic video editing and design skills using tools like CapCut, TikTok Editor, and Canva
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage a content calendar and simple reporting
• Passionate about engaging and growing online communities
• Fluent English is required
