You’ll be a core member of our newly formed in-house Creative Studio, helping us build and scale a high-performing organic social media presence for mobile.de and Null-Leasing.com. Working closely with content creators, designers, and stakeholders, you’ll execute our strategy, plan and deliver social content that drives audience growth, engagement, brand relevance, conversions, and measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role blending planning, creative direction, publishing, reporting, and community interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g., Reddit)
Plan, publish, and optimise daily content to drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and conversion outcomes (sessions, leads)
Maintain a performance-driven mindset with clear KPIs: follower growth, unique reach, engagement rate, content interactions, virality, and contribution to brand awareness and leads
Collaborate with Studio peers and creator partners to brief and co-create social-first visuals, videos, and campaigns tailored to each platform and audience
Proactively seek ways to scale content production without sacrificing creativity, relevance, or authenticity
Champion the use of AI and automation in content ideation, production, and optimisation
Continuously experiment with new formats, trends, and tools, using a test-and-learn approach to inform and scale future content
Launch rapid pilots, analyse results, and quickly iterate and scale what works
Work closely with the performance marketing team to align on audience growth goals, share insights, and ensure organic and paid efforts complement each other
Support campaign launches, influencer programs, partnerships, and product releases with integrated social execution
Engage directly with the community and coordinate with community managers to ensure responses, tone, and interactions align with brand voice and content goals
Track content performance, report on key metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for scaling, monetisation, and brand impact
Stay ahead of platform updates and social trends to inform strategy and content formats
Requirements:
Proven ability to grow and engage a targeted audience for classified marketplaces or automotive/mobility brands, with concrete examples of how your work drove measurable business impact
Demonstrated experience creating high-performing content that exceeds engagement benchmarks
Involvement in developing or executing social strategy hands on for at least one brand or high-growth project, including editorial, content pillars, and platform mix
Fluent in native content production for Instagram, TikTok, and at least one other major platform, with hands-on, trend-driven creative examples
Skilled at using data and insights to double down on what works, kill what doesn’t, and adapt rapidly to platform shifts
Comfortable briefing, co-creating, and providing actionable feedback to creators, influencers, and video editors
Demonstrated ability to ship high-volume, high-quality content (e.g., 30+ videos/month) and manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously
Curious about AI-powered tools and eager to pioneer their use in social content creation
Fluent in German (native-level) and English

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple brands and calendars
Creative and data-driven, able to interpret metrics to inform content direction
Strong growth mindset, loves trying new things, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
Nice to have:
Having experience managing multiple accounts is a plus
Hands-on experience with AI generated content production is a huge plus
Bonus: Hands-on with tools like ManyChat, Likeshop, Later, Sprout, CapCut, Canva, Figma, Creator Studio, or short-form video editing
