Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
Develop data-driven strategies to increase growth, engagement, and conversions
Create and oversee high-performing content, including both short-form and long-form video
Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce compelling ad assets
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights, trends, and KPIs
Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI
Requirements:
4–10 years of experience in paid social media marketing
